Advantage of Polyester Foam vs Polyether Foam: 

- High tensile strength & elongation concomitantly with higher  compression strength (very good recovery )

- Very regular cell structure with less pin holes 

- Densities > 40 kg/m often self extinguishing without additional FR 

- Component tests passed

- Flame laminable without additional additives / separation force:  Ester > 15 N / 5 cm; Ether ~ 10 N / 5 cm  

- Special FR qualities with halogen free FRs  (low fogging, low emission VOC/FOG)

- Good quality in combination with vinyl   (No discoloring of the PVC / No migration of softener)
